  How much are you paying your "DJ" and are they worth it? Do they dress appropriately, or do they go against your own "Dress Policy" for Customers?
 Do they curse on the microphone?
 Do they bring young ladies into their "Spin Area"?
 Do they attract a quality Crowd ?
 Do they use a wireless microphone?
 Do they spin "Dance Music" and not foul mouth hip hop jams?
 Do they pack the dance floor?
 Does your DJ offer ideas, concepts, promotions, marketing strategies to bring in Crowds?
What "VALUE" does your DJ bring to your Bar or Club?
Does your DJ keep the "DJ AREA" clean, & does he maintain the equipment?
Does he offer to help do whatever the bar or club needs to bring in a Crowd?
Evaluate your "DJ" and consider the following "Value of Infusion, of "Energy", he does or does not bring to your Venue?
WHEN A DJ STARTS DRINKING & HITTING ON FEMALE GUESTS, WHEN HE SHOULD BE TOTALLY FOCUSED ON DOING HIS JOB, IT'S TIME FOR HIM TO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

     READING THE WEEKLY HEALTH INSPECTION REPORTS ON CHAIN AND INDEPENDENT RESTAURANTS PRINTED IN DAILY NEWSPAPERS, I AM SHOCKED @ THE FILTHY CONDITIONS, THEY SERVE FOOD IN:
THEIR KITCHENS ARE NOT MAINTAINED AT ALL
THEIR CUTTING BOARDS
THEIR WALK-INS
THEIR DISH WASHING MACHINES
THEIR ROACH DROPPINGS, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT UNLOAD THEIR PRODUCE BAGS OUTSIDE.
THE DISGUSTING GREASE IN THEIR FRYERS
THEIR FLOORS ARE BEYOND DIRTY, AND FILLED WITH SLIME.
THEIR DISHES & SILVERWARE IS STUCK WITH FOOD ON THEM.
THEY ARE COOKING FREEZE BURNED MEATS AND POULTRY
THEY AS IN KITCHEN CHEF & STAFF ARE NOT WASHING THEIR HANDS.
THESE NATIONAL CHAINS AND INDEPENDENTS ARE BEING CITED, WARNED TO MAKE SURE EVERY HEALTH ISSUE IS ADDRESSED AND WILL PASS ON THE REVISIT, OR THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN UNTIL IT IS.
ANY CHEF, ANY COOK, ANY SOUS CHEF, ANY LINE COOK, ANY DISHWASHER, THAT ALLOWS THESE CONDITIONS TO EXIST, SHOULD BE TERMINATED AT ONCE.
YOUR ENTIRE KITCHEN STAFF SHOULD BE NEAT, CLEAN, AND TOTALLY SANITARY IN ALL OF THEIR ACTIONS, TO SERVE YOUR GUESTS.
I HAVE READ OF TOP NAMED CHAINS BEING CITED FOR SLOPPY, LAZY, LAME HEALTH CONDITIONS WITHIN THEIR KITCHENS. I WOULD TERMINATE ALL OF THAT CREW AND BRING IN FOOD FREAKS WHO CARE ABOUT QUALITY, CLEANNESS AND ONLY SERVING THE BEST.
MY FATHER USE TO ASK RESTAURANT MANAGERS, IF HE COULD LOOK IN THEIR KITCHEN BEFORE HE ORDERED? IF THEY SAID "NO", HE WALKED OUT. WHEN HE OPENED A STEAKHOUSE, HE HAD GLASS WINDOWS PUT UP ON THE FRONT WINDOWS, SO ANYONE COULD LOOK INSIDE AT THE CHEFS PREPARING DISHES. ARE YOU PROUD OF YOUR KITCHEN?
