WITH REGARD TO THE LAST ACTION, WHY WOULD ANY BAR OWNER THINK THAT GIVING AWAY THEIR BAR AT THE LOWEST PRICES IN THEIR AREA, IS ACCOMPLISHING ANYTHING AT ALL? IF THIS IS THE SITUATION YOU ARE IN, YOUR NOT FAR FROM CLOSING DOWN, SADLY.
WHY DIDN'T YOU CONTACT ME, THE MOMENT, YOU SAW YOUR CROWD SHRINK?
WHY DID YOU IGNORE THE DECLINE?
WHY DID YOU PRETEND THE LACK OF WOMEN FREQUENTING YOUR BAR, WAS JUST A STAGE YOUR BAR WAS GOING THROUGH?
AS FOR THE CUSTOMERS YOU ARE PRESENTLY SEEING, WHAT ARE THEY DRINKING, EATING, SPENDING ON FOR HOW LONG IN A NIGHT? 
HOW? WHY? WHO? SURELY THESE ARE NOT THE CUSTOMERS THAT DRINK TOP SHELF, THAT ATTRACT WOMEN, THAT CREATE A CROWD EVEN DURING WEEKNIGHTS?
MY FATHER, WHO OWNED, BARS, RESTAURANTS, NIGHTCLUBS, RESORT RANCHES, SHOE COMPANIES, ALWAYS SAID TO ME " YOU BRING IN THE BEAUTIFUL WOMEN AND EVERYTHING ELSE FALLS INTO PLACE". ( I am not referring to "Alternative Lifestyle Bars)
I ALWAYS CREATED "SENSATIONAL STRATEGIES" TO MARKET, CAUSE STREET BUZZ, ATTRACT STRONG SOCIAL MEDIA ATTENTION, BECAUSE, SERVING GOOD CRAFT BEERS/CRAFT DRINKS/CRAFT BAR BITES, ARE A MUST.
HAVING A CAPTIVATING ATMOSPHERE THAT CAUSES GUESTS TO FEEL COMFORTABLE, TO STAY LONGER, TO RETURN MORE OFTEN, TO SPREAD THE WORD IS ANOTHER MUST.
FEATURING PREMIER STAFF, MOSTLY WOMEN, BECAUSE THEY CAN ROMANTICIZE A BAR.
OFFERING THE BIG 60-65 INCH SCREENS, NOT THE SMALL SCREENS, WHICH ARE NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE.
COUNTERING THE USUAL BASIC DJ FORMAT, OR LOCAL LIVE BAND FORMAT, WITH BOTH ON THE SAME NIGHTS.
THAT'S RIGHT, BOTH A DJ SET, IN BETWEEN A GREAT LIVE BAND'S BREAK. OH NO, "HOW CAN I AFFORD BOTH"?
SIMPLE, YOU BRING IN A FRESH DJ AND A HOT BAND, NOT THE SAME DJ THAT SPINS ALL OVER YOUR AREA, CERTAINLY NEVER THE SAME LOCAL BAND, THAT PLAYS EVERYWHERE, AND THE SAME SONGS IN THE VERY SAME SETS EVERYWHERE AS WELL.
AND REMEMBER THIS, DO NOT BE DEPENDENT UPON ANY BAND OR ANY DJ AS THE SOLE DRAWING DYNAMIC FOR YOUR BAR. YOU MUST, YOU HAVE TO, IT IS IMPERATIVE THAT YOU ADD "FUN", YOU ADD "WOW", YOU ADD "FAB". THAT'S WHAT MAKES A NIGHT!
IT'S 2019, YOU EITHER NEED TO WAKE UP AND REALIZE THE BAR WORLD HAS CHANGED, THE RESTAURANT SCENE HAS CHANGED, THE CLUB/LOUNGE BUSINESS HAVE DRAMATICALLY CHANGED, OR DON'T EXPECT TO BE OPEN LONG.

LOOK @ ELLEN DEGENERE'S "GAMES", YOU WIN $100,000 IF YOU CHAMPION THE ENTIRE STEP BY STEP OF CHALLENGES.

HOW IS THE CUSTOMER SUPPOSE TO "TIP" THE SERVER, WHEN THERE IS NO SERVER? WHO WANTS TO WALK INTO SUCH A COLD ATMOSPHERE, AND ORDER A DRINK THAT MAY NOT EVEN TASTE RIGHT, THAT MAY NOT HAVE THE RIGHT LIQUOR IN THE DRINK, THAT MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU ORDERED, BUT YET, YOU WENT TO THE BEVERAGE DISPENSER THAT SAID IT WAS " JACK DANIELS & COKE", BUT WAS NOT? THE JOBS NOW ARE MAINTENANCE JOBS, AND TECHNOLOGY JOBS TO KEEP THESE "BOTTLE BOTS" FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THIS IS A REAL "GAME CHANGER" FOR THE ACTUAL PROPERTY INSTALLING THESE MACHINES, THE TOURISTS WHO FREQUENT THESE ESTABLISHMENTS, LAS VEGAS ITSELF WITH THE NEW IMAGE IT IS GOING TO START PROJECTING WORLD WIDE.

WHAT ABOUT THEIR LOYALTY AND DEDICATION?
WHAT ABOUT ALL THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY GAVE?
WHAT ABOUT ALL THE TIMES YOU ASKED THEM TO WORK, WHEN THEY HAD OFF?
"MGM" YOUR SAVING LOTS OF LABOR COSTS, BUT YOUR COSTING HUMAN BEINGS, THEIR LIVELIHOODS.
I AM FOR "PEOPLE" NOT "MACHINES". ARE THE "BOTS" GOING TO TAKE OVER THE "EXECUTIVE JOBS" AS WELL?

This is a very successful "Hospitality Group" comprised of two partners who are on top of every issue, and eat, sleep and breathe their businesses, because that is the only way they are SUCCESSFUL.
This is no Tony Robbins nonsense. This is YOU reaching inside yourself to either MAKE IT HAPPEN or GET OUT OF IT !!!!!
