#1 First there is the huge only 9 week old club in North Carolina, that
is dying, because unless they present a live Music Act, the Club is
20,000 square feet, $2million and this Owner has no clue how to
bring in Women and Spenders.
He has Street Teams, who are a total waste of money, time and energy
as his only link to selling advance tickets to his "Live Acts" , other
those Nights, his Weekend Nights, both Friday and Saturdays are dead.
He refuses to reach out and to take dramatic steps to pack this "Monster
9 weeks later and the club is dying.
What a shame, he had a vision, he thought he would knock out the entire
local market with his Club.
But his web site has no "ENERGY" it is a direct reflection of his
connect with the Community he is dependent upon for his survival.
How do you pack 20,000 square feet, when only 20 or 30 or 40 patrons
are showing up?
How do you make payroll, when you say the feedback on the street is,
people love the club, but obviously they are not actively seeking it out,
to dance, party and embrace, this "Monster Club."
He did the usual "HELP FIASCO" and reached out to a club promoter who
did NOTHING to turn this club around.
